Las actividades con mayor riesgo de lesi\u00f3n de rodilla (LCA, menisco, tend\u00f3n rotuliano) comparten pivoteo, cambios bruscos de direcci\u00f3n y saltos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deportes y ejercicios con mayor tasa de lesiones de rodilla<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; F\u00fatbol, baloncesto, balonmano, esqu\u00ed y f\u00fatbol americano: concentran la mayor\u00eda de roturas de LCA; el pivotaje y el aterrizaje incrementan el riesgo, con mayor incidencia en mujeres (tasas 2.3\u20132.5 veces m\u00e1s altas que en hombres en secundaria\/universidad) [1][2][3].
